What does a China sourcing agent do?
A China sourcing agent helps an overseas buyer find and coordinate suppliers and manage the practical steps of a purchase. TMDSourcing can support supplier search, quotation comparison, samples, purchasing, quality checks, packaging and shipment arrangements. Your agreed scope defines which work is included.
Do you accept small orders?
Yes. We regularly support smaller purchases. Factory MOQs vary by product, color and customization. Standard sourcing is 8% of product value, with a US$100 minimum per project. Our small-order guide explains how to plan the total budget.
Can you work with my existing supplier?
Yes. Share the supplier details, approved order documents and current status. We can assess support with communication, production follow-up, quality arrangements or shipping. The scope depends on the project and supplier cooperation.
How are quality checks agreed?
Before the inspection, confirm the product specification, approved sample where available, checks required and acceptance criteria. Photographs and findings record the agreed inspection scope; unresolved issues should be clarified before you approve the next step. Read about our quality-control service.
